you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we are
happy to offer a no-quibble 30-day money back guarantee.
This 30-day period begins from the date of purchase.
This offer does not affect your statutory rights and you
are still entitled to the standard 7-day cooling off
period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Distance
Selling Regulations Act 2000
To return goods within the 30-day period,

Unless
the goods are faulty or are incorrect, we are unable to
refund your original shipping costs and you are also
responsible for returning the goods to us.
All goods must be sent back to us by recorded delivery
service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that
do not arrive back with us.
You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are
supplied prior to sending them back. Please note that we
can only accept the return of goods that are in there
original packaging and in the same condition they were
sold in.
